Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop online and add any bouquets or gifts that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the ‘Checkout’ button and you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to complete the order.
We accept debit and credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.
We accept most major card payments including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. You may also order and pay for flowers by telephone.
Orders that are cancelled online or by phone may be subject to a cancellation fee.
When confirmation of order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. A contract is formed once payment has been processed and we have accepted the order. This term protects us in the case of pricing errors, unavailable products, or where we can no longer fulfil an order. We will always contact you if a price change occurs to ensure it is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule
Orders received before 3pm Monday to Saturday will be delivered the same day if required.
Orders received after this time, or international orders, are usually delivered the following day.
Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that date (must be received before the same-day cut-off time).
Orders placed for delivery on a public holiday will be delivered on the next working day.
Online deliveries can only be made within the UK. For overseas orders please telephone.
No timed deliveries are available except for funeral tributes and weddings.
Please telephone if you have an emergency order.
If you require specific flowers please telephone at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
Delivery Attempts
Orders are delivered once.
If the recipient is not home, flowers/plants are returned to the shop and a delivery note is left.
If a neighbour is home, we may leave the flowers/plants with them if they are willing to accept responsibility.
If the recipient is unable to collect, a new delivery time will be arranged at The Flower Pot’s earliest convenience.
The Flower Pot is not responsible for theft or damage if flowers/plants are left.
We take great care to ensure freshness and quality at all times.

All orders include 20% VAT.

Credit Card Security
Credit card numbers are encrypted using 256-bit encryption. They are only decrypted once they reach our secure system and are never stored in clear text.

Refunds / Returns Policy
Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, any complaint should be made within one working day of delivery. We will always aim to resolve any issue with either a replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the complaint.
